Alpine Collection Wildschönau booking conditions

Arrival and departure:
We try to make the booked apartment at the Alpine Collection Wildschönau in Niederau, Tyrol available as early as possible on the day of arrival, but no later than 3 pm. On the day of departure we ask our guests to vacate the room by 10 am. In consultation with our team, you can already deposit your wishes in advance. In case of early arrival, the use of the wellness areas is possible upon request. If you arrive later than 8 pm, please notify us accordingly.

Late Check-out:
We ask for timely clarification of availability with our team.
On the day of departure, as a rule, the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am. Late check-out apartments subject to availability.
until 13:00 at €100 surcharge per apartment.
from 13:00 the full overnight price per apartment.

Deposit:
After binding booking, a deposit in the amount of approx. 25% of the booked arrangement will be charged automatically. We ask you to make the deposit as a bank transfer to our account at Sparkasse Rattenberg Bank Ag.

You can also pay the deposit by providing your credit card details (Visa, Master, Sofortüberweisung) directly in your personally secured payment link, which will be sent to you after your reservation request.

General:
We guarantee only for reservations confirmed in writing, or in the case of telephone reservations, a written confirmation will be sent afterwards.

The apartment room sketches on our homepage and in the brochure are schematic and not to scale. All prices offered include, unless otherwise stated, the services of the Alpine Collection Wildschönau Inclusive Services. Services not used will not be reimbursed. Any early booking bonus will be granted only on apartment/room rates, not on additional services and children’s rates.

Dogs welcome: Please advise dog size at time of booking. Surcharge of € 20,– per day contribution to expenses (without food). We ask for your understanding that your pet is not allowed in the entire wellness and wet area. On the terrace we have an assigned area where dog owners can stay with their dog.

Payment:
We ask you to pay the balance on arrival in cash or EC or credit card (Visa, Master). Please note that your credit or debit card may have a daily or weekly limit for security reasons, therefore payment will be made at check in.
In such a case, you can increase the limit for your trip by calling the respective card provider.
You are also welcome to pay the balance by bank transfer. In this case we ask you to make the transfer at least one week before arrival.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations can always occur. Please inform us as early as possible. We try to be accommodating – however, if the room remains vacant due to your last-minute change, we are unfortunately forced to charge cancellation fees. This can be up to 90% of the agreed room rate. We recommend that you take out insurance.

Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be terminated without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the contracting party.

All travel cancellations within these three months are possible by unilateral declaration of the contracting party only with payment of the following cancellation fees:

  • up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% from the total price;
  • up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% from the total price;
  • in the last week before the arrival day 90% from the total price.

Cancellation up to 3 months before the stay will be charged a handling fee of € 30 per reserved room.

Pandemic Information:
We recommend in any case the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance, since also a possible Corona illness of the travelers is insured.

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/2302, the company Alpine Collection Wildschönau GmbH assumes responsibility for proper performance of the services offered and included in the package price. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our reservations department. In addition, the company Alpine Collection Wildschönau GmbH has the legally required security for the repayment of your payments in case of his/her insolvency.
